Thank you for your purchase. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

  • Original Artwork

Original artworks are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

  • Fine Art Prints

All fine art prints are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

If there are any unexpected delays, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using trusted courier or postal services. Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Original artworks are shipped flat or rolled, depending on their size and medium.

International Orders

I am pleased to ship internationally to many countries.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact me and I will work with the shipping provider to investigate.

While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

This information is required to make a claim with the shipping provider and to arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution where applicable.
